Jarred Hickman is a musician from Lewis Center, Ohio. His experiences range from wind symphonies and orchestras to big-band jazz and small-group ensembles, and he has performed with the Columbus Symphony Youth Orchestra, East Central Regional Orchestra, and the Klotho Foundation. Hickman is primarily a jazz drummer, premiering original works such as "Mama’s Words" by Alex Fomba and "Day One" alongside Wil Gleckler and Allison Zigler, contributing to his growing presence within the Columbus jazz community.
Hickman currently attends The Ohio State University, pursuing a bachelor's degree and a planned master's degree in music education and jazz studies with an emphasis in drum set performance. He performs in the Jazz Lab Band, Latin Combo, both Jazz Club Big Bands, their combos, the Mario Kart Band, and is the marketing chair for Buck That! A-Capella.
